The project partners worked in pre-defined phases (work packages), each with its own methods, goals and responsibilities.
Activities that make sense in the local context correlated with the partners´ joint trans-national production for European purposes.
Although the project partners worked within this framework and towards commonly defined mile-stones, MAPPING had a basical agile approach. Agility makes it possible to act on consequences from learning effects that occur during a project. In MAPPING, a certain flexibility was not only advantageous, but necessary for achieving optimal conditions, when working on learning products.
