Where to goPrint
The project aims to support teachers and school leaders who want to implement or to improve work with individual study plans in VET.
The focus is on organizational context, pedagogy and design of teaching sessions, targeting the following three results:
- The first core result will be a MAP:
A guideline containing models, methodical-didactical instruments and crucial principles for optimal implementation and improvement of individualized learning. The guideline will enable local quality assurance, as it will ve published in all partner countries´ languages.
- The second product will be a teacher training unit, based on MAP.
This unit will be test-run in England, Slovenia and Holland, while Denmark and Finland will adapt and valorize elements that are not yet practised in these countries.
- Thirdly, the project will contribute with a multimedia documentation
of best practice cases from pedagogical experiences in the five partner countries during the project period. This documentation is meant to visualize and inspire new users of methodologies for supporting individualized learning.
These results are aimed to contribute to the European priority of improving quality assurance systems in VET. In this context the partners will be able to use earlier developed methods of self-evaluation and peer review.
October 2015: The project reached its goals. The final results are published here.
